Additionally featured in this latest document release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section identifying different sections of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as plans for marina coverings.
